F.M Alexander® Technical Training

Today’s world puts all of us under immense pressure on a daily basis. Our long working days, in addition to all the anxiety our world heaps upon us, represent a huge and constant source of stress. The new technologies which we use in our everyday life have completely altered our relationship with well-being.

Recurring pain and fatigue – both mental and physical – produce a feeling of depression which needs to be tackled at its source by completely re-ordering our priorities. In order to prevent this angst from becoming a permanent state, it is best to start working against it as early as possible.

Agnès developed her method in reaction to the changes in our society and the new illnesses they have engendered. By observing and listening to people describing their difficulties with everyday movements and in the practice of their profession, Agnès seeks out the most appropriate solution for each person and helps them to apply it.
